Mission

Lazar Law’s mission is to provide our clients the highest quality estate planning, estate administration and probate, and elder law legal services at a fair and reasonable rate.   Lazar Law efficiently and effectively serves the needs of our existing and potential clients in the greater Denver metropolitan area in a manner consistent with our beliefs of honesty, integrity, consistent communication, and professionalism.  Lazar Law adheres to the belief that no client is too small, and if an issue is important to our client, then it is even more important to us.

EXPERIENCE

Kevin clerked for the Honorable John L. Wheeler at the Arapahoe County District Court out of law school.  After his clerkship, Kevin practiced law in the small mountain town of Gunnison, CO working on real estate matters, water law issues, land use disputes, and other litigation matters.  Soon after, Kevin worked for an environmental consulting firm helping to put together a damages claim against British Petroleum (BP) for damage caused from the 2010 Gulf of Mexico oil spill.

Kevin decided to open up his solo practice, Lazar Law, LLC in October 2013, and focus on estate administration/probate, elder law, and estate planning, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney and advanced directives (living wills).
